Terms of Service

MAILsimple is operated by Complete Content Management Services, Inc. (“CCMS”). These terms complement the CCMS Terms of Service.

Use of the service

MAILsimple connects your email accounts to Claude via the Model Context Protocol. You are responsible for the accounts you connect and for ensuring you are authorized to access them. Use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with your email providers' terms.

Plans and billing

Your first mailbox is free. Pro unlocks unlimited mailboxes with full read, write, and send, billed monthly or yearly. Plans are purchased and managed at account.ccmssolutions.com. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the paid period.

Availability

MAILsimple is offered on an “as available” basis. It supports Outlook / Office 365 and standard IMAP/SMTP mailboxes. We may update supported providers, features, and pricing from time to time, and we will reflect any such changes here and at account.ccmssolutions.com.
