Privacy Policy

MAILsimple is operated by Complete Content Management Services, Inc. (“CCMS”). This summary covers MAILsimple specifically; it complements the CCMS Privacy Policy.

What we access

When you connect a mailbox, MAILsimple accesses only the messages and folders needed to perform the actions you request through Claude: searching, reading, organizing, and (on Pro) sending. Outlook / Office 365 is connected through Microsoft's official OAuth sign-in; IMAP/SMTP mailboxes are connected with credentials you provide.

How your credentials are stored

OAuth tokens and IMAP passwords are encrypted at rest. Each account's read, send, and delete permissions are enforced on every request, and actions are recorded in an audit log for your security.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your data or your email contents.
• We do not use your mailbox contents to train models.
• We do not retain message bodies beyond what a request requires.

Billing

Accounts and payments are managed centrally at account.ccmssolutions.com. Payment processing is handled by Stripe.
