Connect your mailboxes

Sign in at mailsimple-mcp.ccmssolutions.com and connect your Outlook / Office 365 and IMAP mailboxes.

Get your API key

In your account portal, open API Keys and generate a MAILsimple key (a csk_... key). It is shown once, so copy it right away.

Install it in Claude Code

Add the MAILsimple plugin from our marketplace, then set MAILSIMPLE_MCP_URL and MAILSIMPLE_CONNECTOR_KEY. The setup guide has the exact commands.

MAILsimple is a secure connector that brings your mailboxes into Claude. It works today with Outlook / Office 365 and any standard IMAP/SMTP mailbox, letting you search, read, organize, and send across all of your accounts from one place.

Create an account and choose a plan at account.ccmssolutions.com. Free covers one mailbox at no cost; Pro is $9/month or $90/year for unlimited mailboxes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account.

MAILsimple installs in Claude Code as a plugin. Generate a csk_... API key in your account portal, then run /plugin marketplace add ccms-inc/mailsimple-marketplace and /plugin install mailsimple-connector@ccms-hosting, and set MAILSIMPLE_MCP_URL (https://mailsimple-mcp.ccmssolutions.com/mcp) and MAILSIMPLE_CONNECTOR_KEY to your key. Any other MCP client that can send an Authorization: Bearer header can connect to the same URL with your key. Our setup guide walks through every step.

Not yet. The custom-connector flow in those apps expects an OAuth sign-in, which MAILsimple does not offer yet, so pasting a key there will not connect. Use Claude Code with the plugin, or another MCP client that supports a Bearer header.

Sign in at mailsimple-mcp.ccmssolutions.com and choose to add an Outlook / Office 365 account. You are sent to Microsoft's official OAuth sign-in to authorize access; MAILsimple never sees your Microsoft password.

Sign in at mailsimple-mcp.ccmssolutions.com, add an IMAP mailbox, and enter your incoming (IMAP) and outgoing (SMTP) server details along with your username and an app password where your provider requires one. Your credentials are encrypted at rest.

Outlook is connected through Microsoft's official OAuth sign-in, IMAP credentials are encrypted at rest, each account's read, send, and delete permissions are enforced on every request, and every action Claude takes is recorded in an audit log.

Accounts and payments are managed centrally at account.ccmssolutions.com, with payment processing by Stripe. Pro is billed monthly or yearly, and you can cancel at any time; access continues through the period you have paid for.
