Sign in at mailsimple-mcp.ccmssolutions.com and choose to add an Outlook / Office 365 account. You are sent to Microsoft's official OAuth sign-in to authorize access; MAILsimple never sees your Microsoft password.

Sign in at mailsimple-mcp.ccmssolutions.com, add an IMAP mailbox, and enter your incoming (IMAP) and outgoing (SMTP) server details along with your username and an app password where your provider requires one. Your credentials are encrypted at rest.

Outlook is connected through Microsoft's official OAuth sign-in, IMAP credentials are encrypted at rest, each account's read, send, and delete permissions are enforced on every request, and every action Claude takes is recorded in an audit log.

Accounts and payments are managed centrally at account.ccmssolutions.com, with payment processing by Stripe. Pro is billed monthly or yearly, and you can cancel at any time; access continues through the period you have paid for.
